Oenothera pallida 'Innocence' / Evening Primrose / Seeds

A lovely scented Evening Primrose with large white and pink-tinged flowers from June to September.  Plants form a mound of leaves, growing to a height of 30-50cm, followed by sweet-scented flowers, which open in the afternoon and evening, all summer from June to September/October.  Flowers emerge white and age into pale pink.  They look great in borders, near paths and seating areas where the scent can be enjoyed and in alpine, gravel and Mediterranean gardens.  Pollinators love these plants.

Evening Primrose grows best in full sun to part shade and well-drained, poor to moderately fertile soil.  Plants are drought tolerant once established and tolerate coastal sites.

Pack of approx 100 seeds.  Sow in spring either indoors or outdoors directly into cultivated ground.  Sowing instructions and a colour photo are printed on the packet.
