An improved dwarf strain of the famous French Lavender, with handsome large deep-purple flowerheads in May to July. The plant has strong and fragrant grey/green leaves which stay out all year.
Plants have a good bushy habit and upright stems, growing to a height of 20 – 40cm. An excellent plant for flower gardens, for edging and in containers. French Lavender thrives best in a warm sunny spot and in well drained soil. It attracts bees and butterflies.
Pack of 50 seeds. Sow anytime, possibly including several weeks in a fridge. Winter and early spring sowings flower in the first year, and plants can be grown as annuals or kept as perennials. Sowing instructions and a colour photo are printed on the packet.
