An eye-catching Dwarf Nasturtium with split petals and ivy leafed foliage. Plants flower in a rich mix of gold, orange and red shades from June/July to the first frosts. These are great plants for containers and beds, spreading or trailing and growing to a height of about 30cm. They attract lots of pollinating insects.
Nasturtiums prefer a sunny to part shaded spot and well-drained poorer soil with plenty of water. The leaves and flowers are edible and add a hot water-cress flavour to salads.
These are half-hardy perennials and in warmer gardens will die back in winter and re-grow in summer, but will die back in most UK gardens. They self-seed in the right conditions.
Pack of 20 seeds. Sow directly into the ground or into containers in spring. Or start earlier indoors. Sowing instructions and a colour photo are printed on the packet.
