An appealing wildflower often seen in hedgerows, field boundaries and meadows. Bladder Campion has clusters of white flowers atop a bladder-like calyx, appearing in early summer from May to July/August. Plants grow to a height of 50-80cm and look good in informal and wildflower gardens and borders. They are a good addition to wildflower bouquets.
Bladder Campion grows best in full sun to part shade and most well drained neutral to alkaline soils. They live for 3-5 years and self-seed in the right conditions.
Pack of approx 500 seeds. Sow the seeds in spring or autumn. Germination can take up to six weeks. Sowing instructions and a colour photo are printed on the packet.
